Layaway Agreement – KouponZetu
This agreement explains the terms under which KouponZetu holds merchandise after a deposit and agreed installments.

Layaway Terms
- The layaway period is 30 calendar days from the first payment.
- The selected item will be held for the customer during this period.
- Installments may be paid daily or weekly at the customer’s convenience.

Payment & Ownership
- Ownership remains with KouponZetu until full payment is received.
- If payment is not completed within 30 days, the layaway is cancelled automatically.

Refunds & Cancellations
- If the layaway is cancelled or not completed within the agreed period, the customer receives the amount paid less a 10% administrative and storage fee.
- No refunds are issued after the 30-day period unless cancellation is made in writing before expiry.
A 10% administrative and storage fee applies to eligible cancellations. -

Product Availability
- KouponZetu reserves the exact item selected by the customer. If it becomes unavailable for unforeseen reasons, an alternative item or a full refund will be offered without a fee.
