About KouponZetu
The websites www.myprimepay.com, www.kouponzetu.com and deals.kouponzetu.com, together with current or future associated myPrimePay Tech mobile applications (collectively, the “Applications”), are operated by myPrimePay. Services made available through the Applications are provided by myPrimePay (“KouponZetu”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
We are registered in Kenya, with a registered office at 8th Floor, Pinetree Plaza, Kaburu Drive, Kilimani, Nairobi. KouponZetu is a registered business name of myPrimePay Tech Limited Company.

Personal data is information that identifies a person or can be used to identify a person. We need to collect and process certain personal data to provide our Services. Without that information, we may not be able to provide some or all of those Services.
This notice applies to personal data collected through the Applications or otherwise in connection with our Services. It also applies when you provide information about family or friends while using the Services. You acknowledge that you have informed those people that their data may be processed by KouponZetu and made them aware of this policy.
Data We Collect
We may collect and process the following categories of information:
Contact details
Name, email, telephone number, social media ID and, in limited circumstances, identification or utility-bill details.
Payment details
Cardholder name, limited card information, billing address, payment identifiers and chargeback information.
Transaction details
Transaction amount, currency, date, time, relevant service provider and Application visit history.
Device and usage data
IP address, cookies, pixels, activity logs, device and browser identifiers, online identifiers and geolocation data.
Correspondence
Messages, complaints, customer-care information and information you publish about KouponZetu.
Contact-book data
If you grant permission, names, telephone numbers, emails and social identifiers stored on your device.
Contact-book data is used to help deliver Services to family and friends efficiently and for the other purposes listed in this policy.
How We Collect Personal Data
You provide personal data when you register for or use our Services. We may also receive information from third parties, including in connection with chargebacks and third-party marketing services.
We collect information through your use of our Applications, your interactions with customer care and the transactions you complete. Your device or browser may automatically disclose information such as device type, operating system, browser settings, IP address, language settings and connection dates and times.

Where a solely automated decision affects you legally or in another significant way, you may provide your point of view and ask for the decision to be reviewed by a member of our staff.

Recipients of Services may see pseudonymised contact information when requesting further Services. You may opt out when you receive such a request.
Our Applications may interface with third-party services such as Facebook or Google, or link to third-party content. KouponZetu is not responsible for those services, content or privacy policies. Review the relevant third party's privacy policy before using it.
International and Business Transfers
Transfers outside Kenya
KouponZetu may transfer personal data outside Kenya to provide the Services. Where a specific legal exception does not apply, we put appropriate safeguards in place to protect the privacy and integrity of that information during the transfer.
If KouponZetu changes ownership
We may transfer information, including personal data, in connection with a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all company assets. The recipient may use the data only for the purposes for which it was originally provided and as described in this policy. We will notify you of such a transfer.
Security, Storage and Retention
Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, access and other unauthorised processing. You are responsible for ensuring information sent to us is transmitted securely.
How long we keep data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to comply with legal obligations. Retention is based on whether the information is needed:

Personal data is held on secure servers hosted by KouponZetu or by third-party infrastructure providers located in the EEA and USA.
Direct Marketing
Where we have permission, we may send information by SMS, email or app notification about products and services that may interest you, including products or services similar to those you previously purchased.
You can opt out at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe option in an SMS or email, changing push-notification preferences, or emailing help@kouponzetu.com.
KouponZetu does not sell personal data or share it with third
parties for their own marketing or profit purposes.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on our Applications and, where appropriate, send you a notification.
