At KouponZetu, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

1. Eligibility for Returns
   Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
   • Damaged or defective
   • Incorrect or not as described
   
2. Return Conditions
   • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags (if applicable).
   • Returns are only accepted for items paid through KouponZetu.
   • Return requests must be made by contacting our Customer Care or Deals team.
   
3. No Returns For
   • Items bought outside KouponZetu
   • Deals already redeemed or partially used
   • Items returned after 7 days without valid reason
